ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr. Rajib Mallik is an Assistant Professor at National Institute of Technology Agartala. His areas of interest are Finance, Marketing and Accounting. He had completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy from Regional Institute of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology (RIPSAT), under Tripura University. He did his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Tripura University. He had obtained his Post-graduate Diploma in Marketing from Rajendra Prasad Institute, Mumbai. DR. Mallik has qualified UGC, NET Exam in Management (2009). He received his Ph.D. degree in Management from Singhania University, Rajasthan in the year 2012. He has rich experience in teaching, research and administration. He has several international research publications in peer reviewed and multi indexed Journals. He has participated and presented his research work in many international and national conferences. He is also a member of Hyderabad Institute of Social Sciences (HISS), Telangana. He is a Gold Medalist in his Bachelor of Pharmacy. He has been awarded many times from several reputed organization for outstanding achievements and remarkable role in the field of management education.

Dr. Suman Kalyan Chaudhury (M.Com., MBA. Ph.D.) is a distinguished scholar in the field of Finance & Accounting and a dedicated researcher and teacher. He is currently Post-Doctorate Scholar, Department of Business Management, F.M. University, Odisha. He has published 85 research papers in different referred National and International journals and magazines & editor of 43 books as well as author of 6 books. At present, under his guidance four research scholars are doing Ph.D. in the area of Management and seven scholars have been awarded Ph.D. He has innate curiosity and his passion for management and industry is unique in style. His experience in this vast field is unparallel. He has engaged number of students in cutting edge research. His area of interest on research covers Financial Management, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Micro Finance and Corporate Governance. To his credit, Dr. Chaudhury has 15 years of teaching experience, 3 years Industry experience along with 8 years research experience. Currently, Dr. Chaudhury is working in Berhampur University, Odisha as a Faculty Member, in P.G. Department of Business Administration.

Dr. Sukanta Sarkar (MA, Ph.D.) is associated with Faculty of Management Studies, ICFAI University, Agartala (Tripura). He did bachelor and master degree in economics from Tripura University. He awarded doctorate degree from Singhania University for his work on rubber tappers. Currently, he is post-doctorate scholar in Berhampur University, Odisha. He qualified UGC-NET Exam in December, 2006. He presented many research papers in various seminars, conferences and symposiums. Various research papers have been published in foreign and national journals. He has authored books relating to Corruption, Human Trafficking, Orphan Children, Rubber Plantation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Handicraft Workers, Deforestation, Environmental Pollution, Agrarian Economics & Social Security.
